Goku Time Takedown Update

Just a quick post to update fans of Goku Time on the last couple days. For now, episode one is back up after being taken down for a couple days. Here's what happened:

Two days ago, Toei filed a copyright claim on our video. Judging by the claim, they seem to have thought it was an actual full episode of DBGT, rather than parody content using their work. We then wrote a dispute stating our rights to fair use and submitted it. By Youtube's rules, if the dispute receives no response from the copyright holder after 48hrs, the video can go back up until the dispute is resolved.

However, we don't know what Toei's stance will be when they do finally respond. In the case of MSAGW, Bandai has seemed content with leaving the videos up, but with ads that Bandai receives full monetization for. We're hoping that Toei will take a similar route, but have yet to hear from them.

Will update again once the situation is resolved. Until then, we're still hard at work on ep.2!
