What’s good fellas! I’m not sure what you guys fitness goals are but if you want to lose fat faster I would start walking 10,000 steps a day. Depending on your weight you can burn 400-600 calories. Along with a calorie deficit you can lose body fat fast. Always remember eat high amount of protein a day. 1lb per gram of body weight. if you weight 180 eat 180-200 grams of protein a day. Discipline plays a huge part but if you eat towards your goals 6 days out of the week and have one cheat meal youll see progress fast.
