I hope not to be off topic in the answer. Some people are interested in other projects or have other priorities. They make choices. I think this situation is a reflection of our times. People want everything right now. They expect more frequent updates. They do not realize the time needed to create a drawing, write a script. They give you money so you have to work on your game around the clock. Many do not like RPGs. It takes time to advance the character, complete the quests. The incessant round trips are punished. Now, I'm going to caricature a little. Games with RenPy are fashion. For the lambda player it's great. Just hold down the CTRL key to scroll through the text without reading it. It's convenient the creator can write anything. As long as you display 3D images. In addition, these games are all similar. There is no search. It's empty. Sad report. All is not black. Now, it's time to be positive. The game : I think you're doing pretty well. There is a lot of progress since the beginning. The linearity, the austerity of the scenery of an RPG can displease in the era of 3D. Try to vary the situations. Inspire yourself more (or openly) of Village of Nightmare for example. Uses other characters than Nicci. You could vary the situations, change the gameplay (riddles, labyrinths). The community Patreon: You are all alone on this project. Involve more your community in creating the game with more polls, ideas for the scenario, critics. It could perhaps facilitate (simplify) the writing of the scenario, replicas. Post sketches on paper, GIFs with the steps of creating your drawings on photoshop (I do not speak of live session). Perform commison, fanarts. Talk about your sources of inspiration, anecdotes. Discord: I do not know how it works. Is it an IRC? A forum ? A mixture of both? My level in English does not allow me to participate in a conversation. However, it's a good idea. Now, you have to animate it. It also takes time. You could organize meetings, events. Here. That's all. I hope I have not been too pretentious. Now I will go to Discord to ask questions or submit ideas.

Bottom line: This platform is becoming increasingly hostile to some types of content creators and I no longer wish to pledge here. Please look into alternative options. I had more to say with regards to the actual game, but with my original comment being removed it's clear that the main problem is this shitty website.

Well Senryu, I enjoy your work and I am thinking of showing your older game since you have completed and I have it fully unlock but as due to the Patreon Creator, the one reason is that most of these are doing this kind of work as a hobby since most of them have a day to day job to do and at night time, they work on the Patreon stuff but yea it the slow game update or bug smashing fun and then getting game update once game bugs are found, but for me, I enjoy your work but I am one of them game streamers, who waits to the end of the game life and then start to support since that way, as for game streaming, I have a story to show and if I have a walkthrough for the game, I have some sort of game story to show and stream on my channel, that is my reason but I am looking and watiching your new update to see the power of the queen win out since we all know that the dark side is the better choices these days, lol

The first playable build is already up, and version 0.2 will probably be released by the end of the month, or at the start of the next one at worse.

This is likely a result of slow updates and lack of playable demos. People can be pretty fickle, and most people do not understand the overhead of time and effort that setting up a new game creates before anything is really publically visible. The hope would be that as playable builds appear, the numbers will climb back up.
