This Community Challenge is: Write something with a V of V chord progression
What is a V of V chord progression? I explain in the video, but I also explain in lesson 8 of my latest Music Theory for Guitar II series.
As usual, no need to go nuts and write a whole song. I wrote something in this video with B.S. lyrics and didn't spend much time refining. This one reminded me of an early Beatles song or something. The idea with every community challenge is to practice being creative without worrying about the final outcome, and I try to demonstrate that by putting in minimal effort myself and showing you the whole process.
