Gear, Goals, & Workflow

Hi Everyone,
I've tried quite a few times to start doing lessons about gear and it never felt right to me. I realized that I can't do lessons about gear without first talking about my philosophy around gear. That led me down a path where I had to really figure out how to talk about my approach to buying gear. This is the basic formula: Set a goal, develop a workflow, buy gear that helps your workflow.
I really want to stress that gear is a small aspect of the process - it's really about developing a good workflow. Once your workflow is established, what gear to buy starts making a lot of sense.
Let me know if you like this video and the format - I like doing this presentation style. It's fun! Apparently my mouse was wandering around throughout the video. I'll avoid that next time as it's clearly distracting.
What are your goals? What kind of workflow are you developing? How are you adjusting your workflow?

This is something I have been (and still am) struggling to define, although I'm getting more clarity on it. Also like these sort of "presentation" conversations scattered in with other more "focused" lessons. For me, t creates a well rounded and more complete picture of this journey.
