1. Is it every video or only a few - please let me know which videos aren't playing for you

2. Are you a free trial member or a paid member?

3. How long have you been a member?

4. What country are you accessing Patreon from?

Providing these details will help IMMENSELY with figuring out this very frustrating recent issue.

All members - free trial and paid - should have access to all my content including backing tracks and the community forum. If you don't, something isn't working right. I'll get to the bottom of this as soon as I can.

Also - those of you having issues - are you also having trouble accessing the Community Forum after following the instructions on the Where to Start page?

If you can, please post screenshots of what happens when you try to access a video - here is a thread to post those photos.
