With the descent into the abyss coming to a halt, the tribe members begin to notice their surroundings opening up around them. They gather themselves and their composure once more.
The children find themselves on the cusp of a mysterious, huge cylindrical column. The mysterious voice continues to talk to the members, suggesting the existence of a choice in the matter.
Before they have much time to contemplate what to do next, underneath the thick and transparent floor littered with hexagonal and square patterns, Little Grass-tail's figure appears.
