Alright, so as announced last week, I had some minor complications gettign ready for this week's upload and thus we are a couple' hours late. But it IS still thursday, so ...

I'm a little too pushed right now to write anything comprehensive. As a direct result of that, I will also not be uploading the patreon version of the page until having had some sleep for the day. I'm sure you understand.

At least I didn't leave you guys sitting on last week's cliffhanger, eh? ;3

So I forget what I was listening to while working, but given the bookmarks my browser shows for the time in question, it was probably a mixture of DJ Blyatman, assorted other russian hard bass stuff and my usual Azax Syndrom and Bliss playlist X3 now before anyone gets the wrong image, hard bass usually isn't my genre at all and I have a well established hatred for loud party people, but online culture has a tendency to rub off, so ...

Not really inspirational music, just stuff to have running in the background while working.

Sorry all you patreon folk for uploading so late. Upon waking up on friday I had completely forgotten I didn't throw this page up here yet, then I figured I'd upload coming thursday, cuz I'm very likely not going to get a fresh page ready in time anyway, and THEN I remembered "... wait ... the month ends on monday, which means I'd charge full for that upload, eventhough it's actually the last upload of September, which might well be seen as disengenious.". So here we are.

So following my explaination of how the patreon actually works with it's per-upload system, several of you approached me in PM about switching to a monthly subscription basis and I think that's actually what I'm going to be doing.

I'll have to restructure the whole thing, obviously, and considering the differences that will bring about, the system may not be as fair as the pay-by-upload structure we currently have, but I've come to realize that people like predictability a lot more than many other concerns, so having a fix amount they know they're going to pay that month is a lot more appealing than paying X amount per unknown number of uploads and then not knowing what the expenditure is going to be in the end.

I'll let you know if and when the change is going to happen, but givent his seems to be in popular demand, this might actually work out better in the end ^^;

As I mentioned above, I likely wont get a page ready in time for this coming week. In fact, I may unfortunately not get any work done for the month of october, because the children's book project I mentioned last week has a hard deadline set for the end of the month and I'll likely have to pull out all my stops to meet that same deadline.

Worry not, if I do actually have time to work on Forest Tails, I will do so, but I might sneak this time aside and try to mount up some backlog again aswell and start fresh in November. Depending on what you folks think of the monthly subscription thing, I might try to restructure until then too - we'll see.

For now, I hope you guys liked this page. I know people had a very positive reaction to the quality on the other upload sites already, so I'm hoping this will tide you overuntil uploads do come in again on a more regular basis <3 ;3
