News: July 2025

The main quest of Act 1 is nearing completion. It should be ready for the next update. That doesn't exactly mean all of Act 1 is complete, though. There's still quite a few things left that will be detailed below. There could be a new scene as well or a new TOT depending on the tie-breaker poll. Be sure to vote in that. The tie-breaker polls can be voted on by everyone!

With the completion of the Act 1 story nearly done, it's almost time for the first free demo release. DI v0.1.3 will release to Patreon $10 tier only at the end of July. Then August will be the big month. DI v0.1.4 will release on Patreon, v0.1.3 will release on itchio at a one-time-price of $10, and v0.1.2 will release on both Patreon and itchio as the first free demo. The free demo will be updated later to eventually include all of Act 1 once the paid versions have more content.

Here's a rough roadmap:

DI v0.1.2: Current version, already available at Patreon $10 tier.

DI v0.1.3: Act 1 main quest story complete.

DI v0.1.4: Pregnancy content fully implemented.

Beyond that, in no particular order: Mage's Guild sidequest line, New male companion with Mage's Guild, Vivi (futa) companion, New futa monstergirl companion, New Ivy sidequest, MC outfits (will be simple, not going crazy with customization this time). Plus several other minor things like adding sound to scenes and several new scenes as well.

Once all of that is complete, we can finally move on to Act 2. Somewhere around that time is when the free demo will be updated to include all of Act 1. That will likely be the final free version.

I've probably explained the pricing before, but here it is again, just in case. The $10 Patreon tier will always be the latest version of DI. You get the $5 tier rewards, too. Itchio will be 1 month (1 version) behind the Patreon version. However, itchio will be a one-time-price of $10. You will get the full game with monthly updates all the way until it is completed.

If you are unable to donate/buy the game, don't worry. I plan on giving away a few itchio keys every now and then. Maybe even some Steam keys once the game is complete, but I won't be trying to release to Steam until it is complete. The Steam price would be the same as the itchio price. No version differences either. The final complete game will be the same no matter where you get it.
