Stable Cascade in Automatic1111 & Forge

Go into your extensions tab

Select Install from url and copy/paste https://github.com/blue-pen5805/sdweb-easy-stablecascade-diffusers.git

This extension will probably be replaced at a later date and also be available from the installed tab eventually.

Click install

Go into the Installed tab

Click Apply and restart UI

Stable Cascade should now be available as a tab

Once you start a generation, the model will be auto-downloaded. You don’t need to download it yourself.

Prompt what you want to see and generate your amazing images! Make sure to run the size in 1024x1024, 2048x2048 etc. or you will be getting errors.

Troubleshooting:

Some users had import errors with Forge one click install. Install it manually with Python and git clone (see Forge guide) if you encounter this until it’s fixed.

Hi Gary, thank you for your support. Sorry to hear you're having issues. I'd recommend checking out the #help channel in Discord so we can chat more easily.

HI. I just joined. I installed Stable Cascade extension and it looked like things were going well. But when I try to generate an image, no image is created and II get these messages in the log file: Loading pipeline components...: 50%|█████ | 3/6 [00:05<00:05, 1.72s/it] Traceback (most recent call last): File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\gradio\routes.py", line 488, in run_predict output = await app.get_blocks().process_api( File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\gradio\blocks.py", line 1431, in process_api result = await self.call_function( File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\gradio\blocks.py", line 1103, in call_function prediction = await anyio.to_thread.run_sync( File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\anyio\to_thread.py", line 33, in run_sync return await get_asynclib().run_sync_in_worker_thread( File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\anyio\_backends\_asyncio.py", line 877, in run_sync_in_worker_thread return await future File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\anyio\_backends\_asyncio.py", line 807, in run result = context.run(func, *args) File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\gradio\utils.py", line 707, in wrapper response = f(*args, **kwargs) File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\extensions\sdweb-easy-stablecascade-diffusers-main\scripts\easy_stablecascade_diffusers.py", line 41, in predict File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\huggingface_hub\utils\_validators.py", line 114, in _inner_fn return fn(*args, **kwargs) File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\diffusers\pipelines\pipeline_utils.py", line 1263, in from_pretrained loaded_sub_model = load_sub_model( File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\diffusers\pipelines\pipeline_utils.py", line 443, in load_sub_model class_obj, class_candidates = get_class_obj_and_candidates( File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\diffusers\pipelines\pipeline_utils.py", line 347, in get_class_obj_and_candidates class_obj = getattr(library, class_name) File "U:\STABLE-DIFFUSION\WEBUI\Packages\Stable Diffusion WebUI\venv\lib\site-packages\diffusers\utils\import_utils.py", line 697, in __getattr__ raise AttributeError(f"module {self.__name__} has no attribute {name}") AttributeError: module diffusers has no attribute StableCascadeUNet

Gary

I've got the same issue recently after the installation, hope someone could have a solution on it soon.

Installation looks fine, the tab is there, but after any generation attempt I get the following lines and finally an error red alert in the UI. Suggestions? raise AttributeError(f"module {self.__name__} has no attribute {name}") AttributeError: module diffusers has no attribute StableCascadeUNet

Marco De Stabile

I'm trying to run this on Windows with a RX7900XT (directml install) and I keep getting "Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled" errors. Has anybody got it to work?

Rober Sanchez

How do I get the Stable Cascade tab to show up in Forge?

Aaron1611

Hey, I don't have a course yet, but I can recommend this playlist https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXS4AwfYDUi5sbsxZmDQWxOQTml9Uqyd2

Sebastian Kamph

just curious do you have a guide/course for beginners with SD? The one thing I find difficult is grasping all of the different thing such as models, loras, checkpoints and other lingo... hard to figure out if one requires another or if one can be used without another, etc. I have come a long way though in my first week so am sure it will sink in lol

Coconut Pete

I'm loving Stable Cascade. Works great in ComfyUI as well.
