How it all started
Added 2017-03-13 15:28:45 +0000 UTCOn the 20th March the Nerd³ channel hits six years old. The first video (which I'm just holding the camera for) features Edgar Wright recieving an award that he won on our little website.
Then, a few months later, Edgar Wright hosted a competition to edit a Scott Pilgrim Music video. I entered and came in as one of the runners up.
(I had to take the video down when I started the channel proper but it's been re-uploaded here since then.)
This lit an editing fire in me and I thought it might be fun to apply vlog style jumpcut editing to gameplay. Less than two weeks later the first Buildy Thing was up on the channel. The rest is history.
I still have the signed poster and Blu-Ray I won that day up in my office. It always reminds me of the simple truth. The truth that keeps me going still to this day.
I am the worst thing Edgar Wright has made.
And I'm OK with that.
