Can't remember if it was this podcast or another that you mentioned Grand Tour. I'd recommend Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trips on ITV. Gordon Ramsey, Gino D'Acampo and maitre d' Fred Sirieix drive about eating and cooking and just having a proper laugh

2020-04-08 19:16:35 +0000 UTCOne thing that you guys didn't touch that I think needs to be talked about is the music. I think Jeff Russo did an amazing job with it. The opening title theme is beautiful and I love how he throws in the original theme at the end just to tie the whole thing together.

2020-04-07 03:20:38 +0000 UTCHonestly, it's a shame you didn't like Star Trek: Picard. Personally, I thought it was up there with TNG and DS9. I guess the difference is that you grew up with older Star Trek series whereas I only watched all of the series in the last three years, so you definitely value them way more than I ever would. I do agree with what you said about Picard's death though. They should have given us more time to grieve for the character and maybe bring him back at the start of the next season. But maybe that would make it even more similar to the Mass Effect plot (with Shepard dying and being reconstructed at the start of ME2). Also, I think his death scene could have been way more emotional if Riker was there.
