if i were to write all my thoughts id be here for 2 hrs, but smth i wanna point out is that this could be a master incarnation before missy? (which is what im hoping for). also theres been an interesting recyling spree of 10th doctor elements- the master, the *reveal* of the master, the judoon, the other-world-cyber-man stuff- kinda suspicous where chibnalls gonna go with this. and ACTuALLY one more thing - as someone who rewatched doctor mysterio (a weird dr who nd generic superhero mash up) as well as someone who watched resolution for the 1st time recentyl (weird dw and generic sci fi mash up) i was expecting this to be a weird spy film and doctor who mash up - so the generic elements werent disappointing!

It might be because I loved Missy so much and her arc I feel like the Master reveal would have had a lot more weight if it was a diffrent Time Lord like the Rani or the Valeyard or even a completly diffrent Time Lord. I suspect it'll lead into the conpanions learning about the Doctors past anyways but a new Time Lord we've never met before would be a nicer introduction.

Can I just say I thought Mike's volume kept changing over the course of this? Like he kept leaning close to the mic then leaning back in his chair or something? I had to change the volume a few times because all of a sudden Mike was overly loud or quiet.

I really liked this overall, but there were a couple of weird moments. The bike chase cutting straight from high speed getting shot at to everyone immediately acting like Lenny Henry didn't know they were there felt like something was missing. A smaller thing, but I was also half expecting Stephen Fry to finish explaining all of the gadgets and for the Doctor to just hold up the sonic screwdriver and go 'yeah cool, got all that covered
