2023-06-05 13:53:15 +0000 UTCI answered on the podcast post too, but in case you didn't see that - I recently got a "No" on my ADHD assessment. Got told I likely have it the whole way through the process after asking about it and doing the initial quizzes they give you, but I didn't align enough with the diagnosis criteria in the end. However, the psychiatrist was great to explain exactly why, what he thinks is causing my symptoms (anxiety that presents with ADHD symptoms) and what my next steps to treatment should be. Even went as far to say I should still utilise not-medicinal ADHD treatments as it's the same symptoms that I have! So still a great outcome to help understand my brain and how I can help it out - definitely worth asking still! ☺️

I managed to make it through the main Skellige storyline before having to fly over and it has now been 2 weeks since I arrived and have to wait another 3 months before I can continue my playthrough.
