2023-06-06 10:46:46 +0000 UTCI meant this! https://psychiatry-uk.com/right-to-choose/ I got told about it in a stream but I never looked into it past skim reading this page! I hope it's useful - apparently Hannah (Lomadia) did this but I've never heard her talk about it/I've never asked her about it! Good Luck!

2023-06-05 08:11:48 +0000 UTCOn the ADHD check front, I recently went for an assessment - got told at every step "you probably have it" and then the last assessment I was not diagnosed as I actually only have the active symptoms now as an adult and never as a kid. It was initially a little disappointing to not have a tidy answer, but the psychiatrist was really good at explaining why, what my next steps should be and how I can still use ADHD resources without a diagnosis as I still have the same symptoms that need treating! Turns out my anxiety and stress burnout mimics ADHD a lot, which is really good to know as I can now start looking at treatments and therapies for the right stuff! ☺️ Hope that helps :)
