I've been interested in the romance in games issue for a while now just because, I like that part of stories in other mediums a whole lot. Also this reminds me I learned about friends at the table from Ali guest starring in 6 feats under's monsterhearts game, which is v good. Aly is part of the discussion that group had about romance in games, and she talks about Aria and Jackie there and I recommend listening to it. The monsterhearts game was 3 episodes so it's not a big commitment.
