I feel like I was missing a look into the scene where he's inflicting cold and steady almost analytical violence, scientifically figuring out what attacks worked on Uvo, and then his outburst of disgust about how the violence makes him feel. I think there's a lot about Kurapika's rage and commitment to doing violence contrasted with the burying of his emotions that really bubbles to the surface in that moment and I'd love to hear what you all think!

Showing how they learn, regress a little, but ultimately reflect and grow. What moments big or small have really stood out to you for one of our main cast (Gon, Killua, Kurapika, or Leorio)? P.S. 2024-04-30 21:59:28 +0000 UTCI was re-listening to the miss neon episode today and just thought yall might be interested to know the miss neon's prediction technique is based on a real technique from spiritualism and parol magic called spirit writing or automatic writing. It was popular during the spiritualism boom of the late 19th and early 20th century. WB Yeats and Arthur Conan Doyle were practioners and Doyle even demonstrated the technique for Harry Houdini and his wife! The technique works similarly to miss neons nen ability but was often used to communicate with ghosts rather than predict the future as she does.
