Sneak Peek - Beach
Added 2024-04-13 00:21:50 +0000 UTCJust letting y'all know the beach update (v0.04.0) is in development!
You'll be able to enter the beach as long as you have any kind of swimsuit (the frilly bikini or the cheap bikini from the shop, or the micro bikini you'll be able to borrow from Abby). One of those may or may not have a unique interaction ;)
The plan is for you to be able to do stuff like buy ice cream, go for a swim (with floaties), take part in a beauty contest, and visit a certain intriguing mansion. If you have any ideas or suggestions I'm listening!
If things start getting too big again, I'll probably split this update into two halves. Most likely the mansion (or part of it) will be released later, like was the case with the restaurant. This way I won't keep you waiting so long again xD
You can expect the update to come out sometime next month. I hope not to disappoint!

Yes, I think this is the most conventional method too. I just avoid it because there's a possibility a file changes names or gets deleted in the new version, in which case it'd just stay there after updating. 99.9% of the time it won't cause any issues but I get a little paranoid xD

2024-04-14 17:43:20 +0000 UTCYou could also drag all the files from the .rar into the old game files. A prompt should happen saying/asking "These files have the same name, would you like to replace them?" click yes and it's done. the save folder will still be there. c:
