Bach on the Roof
Added 2015-05-16 19:14:40 +0000 UTCHi Everyone! Happy Weekend! I'm shooting a music video this afternoon for the Courante from Bach's First Cello Suite, which is the third song in the Suite! I finally figured out what to wear after forcing my husband to watch me try on potential outfits for a hour, and now I'm ready to practice :D We're going to be shooting on the roof of my friend Jason's studio in North Hollywood, and I really hope that: A) I won't pass out from fear since I hate climbing/descending from heights B) I won't fall off the roof C) Neighbors won't get super annoyed at Bach on repeat for a few hours! In other video news, the Gladiator video is coming along great and I sent the edited video in for color correcting late last night. Next Sunday, I'm headed to Europe to perform some concerts, including playing the Game of Thrones Main Theme live with symphony and choir, with the show's composer himself, Ramin, at the Krakow Film Festival! I'm such a huge fan of the music and the show... eeee! *nerding out* During that concert, I'll also be playing electric cello and acoustic cello on the Vikings Suite, Chicago Fire Suite, and 2 other Suites by Polish composers. I'll also be doing a video game music show with the band Critical Hit! Then, I'll be performing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia playing Vivaldi, Kreisler, and Mozart remixed with some cool Rock/Techno fusion with the awesome band VIVALDIANNO.
