From left to right:
- Duke Osred, lord of the vale in which the campaign takes place
- Irenne, his granddaughter
- Ornora, the duke’s court mage
- Maria, proprietress of a hunting lodge
- John, her skelly bus boy
- Jackdaw, a vexatious elven spy
- Matteus, a half orc with a thirst for knowledge
- Desirée, protector of a very eclectic town
And looming behind is Makra Nykta, a shadow dragon bent on revenge.
