^^ exactly, lucifer is shown to be time and time again very very narcissistic and leading on chloe. She gave him chance after chance to show/tell her, she's told him her own feelings, but always there is an excuse. Pierce treated her with respect, owned up to his mistakes and committed himself to her. I can see why she would say yes. To her, he's been a caring and loyal, even in the short time she's known him (took a bullet for her, even though we know it was all his plan in the end). She's always been one to put actions over words professing love, and the truth is, pierce has shown more direct love, and has been more open and honest with her than lucifer ever has.

I think Chloe accepting Pierce’s proposal had more to do with her dinner with Lucifer than anything Pierce said. Chloe feels that Lucifer isn’t ever going to move closer to her than just being friends. She’s tired of getting her heart stomped and wants to move on. By marrying Pierce, she would end the possibility of a romantic relationship with Lucifer. It’s one of the worst reasons to marry someone, but I think she’s reacting out of heart break and frustration more than logic.

Episode 25 is canon, the writers and directors said it takes place between episodes 15 and 16 of season 3 but they decided not to include it but then threw it on the end once they got canceled, and 26 is a what if episode so obviously not canon.
