There's more than a couple of things about Bridgette

The Academy series features an ensemble cast but among them Bridgette is perhaps the most prominent. A couple of things will naturally draw attention to her, and let's face it, I'm not talking about her beautiful green eyes.

Bridgette is a whole heap of contradictions. She wants to be taken seriously as a strong, intelligent professional women, but maybe the influence of all her students has rubbed off on her.
She isn't shy about displaying her assets and uses her cleavage to almost weaponize her flirting.
And flirt she does, even though she knows that in a professional environment that's not really something she should allow herself to do. Bridgette adopts a persona that is focused and driven by her work. In turn she pretends to herself that she must deny her more carnal desires.
She's almost ashamed when she catches herself lost in an uncontrollable attraction to you the player.
That is, if you play a strong Bridgette game.

Of course, the culmination of all your hard work can come to fruition in your date with Bridgette. In these episodes you can truly discover what happens when she lets her mask slip.
Away from the glare of attention and self denial at work, and after a few drinks, Bridgette can really explore what she really wants.

Back at work there is clearly some friction between Bridgette and her boss Principal Valentine. She really hates being undermined and sidelined, but at least that's better than the unwelcome lewd male attention she gets from Sebastian and from Governor Ramsey.

She does however have a trusted friend in Didi, and there are hints of past incidents with Didi which suggest a relationship that has explored the boundaries of just friendship.
There is also a curious, but very subtle dynamic between Bridgette and Holly...

Bridgette is a key character in the Academy series.
If you gain her respect and her trust she can turn into a good ally, but if you upset her then don't expect any favors.
