So far in the Academy series Laura has been a bit hostile at times towards the Player Character.

She certainly doesn't approve of the PC and how easy it is for him to get female attention.
Because of this she tries to make herself seem disinterested when she is actually quite the opposite.

Laura has grown to like and expect to get all the attention. She doesn't understand why she hasn't got that exclusively from the PC yet.
She has become accustomed to getting her own way and doesn't like the idea of having to share, especially with her sister.

Laura is a little bit spoiled and uptight, unlike her twin sister Alicia who is much more carefree, easy going and sometimes a little bit reckless.
Alicia also quite likes to wind Laura up a little when she realises that she can be the more popular twin or just recognises Laura's disapproval.

Not that Alicia really cares about winning for herself, she just gets amused by Laura's obsession with being popular and her self righteous indignation.
Laura is somewhat judgemental and she really doesn't approve of Alicia's behaviour or indeed that of Lola.

Laura will also try to test the PC without him necessarily realizing that he's being scrutinized.
This becomes quite apparent in Ch11 with the Laura scenes.
