FAQ : How and when do I get credits?
Added 2023-10-12 15:47:13 +0000 UTCAt present the only way to get credits is by becoming a supporter right here on my Patreon page.
In the future we will be adding the option to buy credits on the dsp3000.games website.
When you sign up on the SuperFan, Executive or Faculty tier you get the following each month.
SuperFan = 10,000
Executive = 500
Faculty = 100
There are also Annual Membership options too which have much greater benefits and include an Annual Class Member option.

When do credits get added?
The addition of credits is a semi automated process.
When you first join as a patron I get a notification through my Patreon account.
I'll then find your account on the dsp3000.games website and add credits.
First time supporters get an extra 100 credits too.
Once added I send out a welcome message through Patreon to confirm.
After that, credits are added each month while you remain a patron on the date you joined.
You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel or renew at any time.

I've become a paid supporter but haven't had my credits... Why?
This is usually because I can't find your account on the dsp3000.games website.
Either you haven't created an account yet or you have used a different email to the one I see through Patreon.
I normally send out a message through Patreon asking for some details.
Please respond to that message or just send a private message and I'll respond as quickly as possible.
