You can see three different colors in the sketches, and that's because there are three separate sketching layers. When I need to sketch something and it'll overlap someone else, I like to sketch on a new layer so that I don't mess up my other sketch, and I can easily edit it's anatomy and position. This also works great for figuring out clothing folds across their bodies.
