Added 2020-02-29 05:08:11 +0000 UTCYour phone speaker needs more clavinet. *Studio Nerd Alert* "Oh Yeah!" sung through the same style EMS Vocoder used in the 70s Battlestar Galactica series for the Cylon voices. "Somebody Is Calling Your Phone" as voiced by the Type & Tell program on the Magnavox Odyssey 2 computer from 1978. I was just a toddler when these machines were on the market. Too young to know how to type at the time! But I sometimes enjoy recording with machines and instruments that are as old or older than me.

*The beautiful drawing of the EMS Vocoder above was done by Corinne Merrell for the liner notes of the 12 bit Blues album! She loves markers. She is also an accomplished Film Art Director, Painter and Model Builder. She did the artwork for the Music To Draw To lyric/liner notes booklets, as well as art directed the album covers since 12 bit Blues. She designed and built sets for The Storyville Mosquito show. She yelled "Yeah!" on a couple of the tracks to the Floor Kids video game soundtrack. And she also said "Okay" when I asked her to marry me many years ago. I'm so glad she did.
