Today we've got a 2-for-1 special from a recent Helldivers 2 warbond: the CQC-2 Saber and Honorary Guard Helmet. Get parade ready with these 2 professionally designed files!
The Helmet files include:
- Assembled, casting, and solid versions
- Bambu Studio Project and GCODE files to get started printing sooner!
- Visor cutout template and ridge system. A flat visor can be used for this helmet rather than the typical vacuum formed type
- Sizing slice to help with scaling
- Expertly pre-separated into 10 main parts for easy printing and assembly. These parts effortlessly assemble together for gluing.
- Pre-cut parts for smaller printers
The Saber files include:
- Bambu Studio Project and GCODE files
- Functional Sheath
- Professionally designed and optimized for cosplay

2025-07-09 01:03:35 +0000 UTCI might be dumb, but I'm having a heck of a time with this saber. I don't think the overlaps were big enough for me on the blade. It was just hard to get it to stay together when I pick it up. I might not be using enough glue. Love the design though! Any suggestions? I kinda wish it had pegs and slots to fit it together
