Hey, thanks for reading my comment! One show that goes really deep into cultural explanations for political tendencies, to the point where they're talking about actual psychology of groups, is Champagne Sharks. I think that's what I'd call what they do - in any case they dig into psychological phenomena that seems to be at work, underlying infuriating social media behavior. Ostensibly they focus on race in America, as in, issues within the ~extremely~ fragmented "Black Community." The host, Trevor Beaulieu ("T") would be a good fit as a guest on your show, in my opinion. Not to refute any of your previous guests, but as a different (and in my opinion more useful) approach to the cultural factors at work in our political life. Also, both your shows just interviewed Corey Robin pretty recently, so there's that much overlap, at least.

Considering that I don't really know what I meant by the left needing an ethos myself, I think I got away lightly. Anyway, I hope you keep doing this segment, I really enjoyed it.
