Added 2023-09-20 23:27:58 +0000 UTCI was more a fan of 'Cracked' magazine back in the older days than 'MAD' for a couple reasons. 1-I liked the artists better and 2-They included pieces like this. Bill Ward and others often included bald women in comedy situations like this "1 second later" strip speculating what happened AFTER a 60 second TV commercial. There were other scenarios in the piece, but for obvious reasons, this one stuck out!
