Added 2018-05-25 21:44:35 +0000 UTCThe feedback I got while trying out this new thing, intended to make things more fun for you here and give more options, led me to understanding couple things:
1) It needs work and to be refined, thank you for the ideas! And next time I would not rush trying without talking to you firstly and verifying the changes, intended to make it as fair as possible, for everyone.
2) I need to find a way to articulate my ideas more clearly, and also ask you to talk to me first if something feels off, as it has appeared some left just because they just misunderstood or didn't hear what and how I was doing to do next..
I'm admitting that I didn't do it the best way I could the first time, but right after we've been talking about it in the chat and agreed on some things to change or refine.
-I am sorry, is my fault, that in a hurry to deliver more I've just forgot to tell, that:
1) One person can't grab many YCHs in a row, I still to discuss with you what would be the rules but it is obvious/vital for the balance. So even if it would still remain "first serve" (which is also questionable, I'm working on a better solution rn) - everyone would've gotten a chance as there aren't that many of us at all, and
2) I didn't make the fair-reward system for nothing, it applies here too! It doesn't matter if someone got art via participating in pools or grabbing the YCH-slot, it just means if someone grabs a slot - someone else gets art sooner the other way, instead of him, the reward distribution stays relatively even.
- its just a personal choice, if someone waits more for the pool draw on his favourite topic and wants a surprise, or just loves certain YCH more and goes for it instead, leaving his pool draw for later.
For now, we would try to figure thins up with YCHs together and I would not do new ones until then, keep signed for more news and arts!^^
