According to the Japanese version, Pokemon 2000 and Jessie's own mother who said that Jessie was 5 years old in the audio story (Search for Mew) that took place twenty years ago, she is 25. Honestly, I'm inclined to cite the source material than some dub. Edit: So, yeah, I'm more than happy to add Jessie to the future poll. :)
