Here is Chapter Sixteen.
Don't let perfect be the enemy of good!
I just learned the truth of that saying with this chapter. I could have finished this chapter on Friday. However, there was this one paragraph that I just couldn't seem to get right. No matter how many times I wrote and rewrote it, it just wouldn't come together the way I wanted it to. So for the past two days, I kept struggling to get it right. In the end, however, I was forced to just delete it altogether!
And guess what?
When I reread the chapter, I realized that this single paragraph that I'd spent so much time on, didn't really add all that much to the story. Even without it, the chapter came together just fine. *sighπ I feel like smacking myself in the back of the head!π
Anyway, as always, please do take the time to give me your feedback. It means a lot to me.
