Ad-Free Episode Update
Added 2024-07-29 13:54:15 +0000 UTCRecently some members have been unable to access the ad-free episodes. Please know we are aware of this issue and working with Patreon to resolve this as quickly as possible. Once it is resolved, we will post again with further information to ensure everyone can access the ad-free episodes.
update: Joseph here. I believe there is no technical issue. The important thing is to use our acast feed for ad-free episodes, which you should find in an email we sent you (we will soon put this link more places to prevent confusion). You should NOT use the patreon rss link, which only has the bonus episodes. Thanks, and let me know if acast isn't working!

Thanks, understood. However, I'm looking at the acast feed in my mobile browser and can play and listen to the episodes there, but there's no button or anything to download the episodes. Are you saying that this can only be done via a third-party app?

2024-07-30 18:52:07 +0000 UTCIf you find the email they sent you when you originally subscribed to the Patreon, click on the “listen your way” link and it will take you to the acast link. I opened mine in apple podcast and it worked!!

I haven't even checked them since I discovered a while back that they could only be played here and not downloaded to enjoy in my own audio player, which I prefer. If this is no longer the case then please ignore this message, but otherwise, please know that I've been slogging through ads for years despite being a Patreon member with you guys, and would happily double my monthly contribution if you open up the ad-free episodes for download, just as Good Morning Night Vale has. Thank you!
