Sorry for not posting sooner! The year started off rotten, health-wise. But I’ve now finished the first two books. 2200 pages in two weeks. Thanks to kindle. ;)

I've accumulated a hundred scenes that scream to be drawn, lol. And there is last week's CR episode too, of course, of which art has to happen too…

Here we have the first meeting of Shallan and Kaladin, arguably the two main characters. She is impersonating a highland princess, and demands his boots, basically because she wants to see if she can. And boy, I’ve missed drawing horses!

(Yes, Kaladin is now the captain of the guard of Brightlord Dalinar, no longer a slave. He has a nice uniform, a horse, and boots. Temporarily.)

“No apologize!” Shallan declared. “Boots!”

Kaladin leaned back, trying to parse what had just been said. “Boots?” he asked.

“Yes,” Shallan said. “I am liking your boots. You will apology with boots.”

“You . . . want my boots?”
