My daughter absolutely abhors enemies to lovers stories. Fortunately, this is a classic case of hate-each-others-guts to find-each-other-hot-but-silently-agree-they'd-be-terrible-for-each-other situation. 😂
I now want to do character relationship pictures like this both for Shallan/Adolin and Adolin/Kaladin… and I want to do some scenes from Wind and Truth… nyaaaargh…

Yes - I almost didn’t believe she would just end up with Adolin, and that some weird stuff would still happen. In a more romance-oriented story, it probably would have.

I remember being so worried they would when I was first reading, and very pleased to have that expectation subverted. And your colors are, of course, gorgeous! Love the stormy/foresty vibe.
