Greg Vanney was the coach of the Galaxy last season and is a top class coach in the league who has won multiple trophies. The problem for him was that the club used to be run by a guy who was totally out of his depth and put together rosters that made no sense year after year. That guy got fired and replaced after a supporters group led boycott of attending games. The new GM, Will Kuntz, has done a fantastic job overhauling the roster and the club from top to bottom and this season we've had is the result of all that hard work.
