You called them "uwumoji?!" 😭 my soul~~~ is dead now lol They are called "kaomoji" ( ・`ω・´) (＃￣З￣) (＃ﾟДﾟ)ﾉ (￣^￣)｡ ﾟヽ(ﾟ｀Д´ﾟ)ﾉﾟ｡ (^ー^) Kao = face in Japanese Moji = character/letter/writing (emoji = emoticon or emotional icon character/letter/writing) Japan has them built into their keyboards on phones the way we have emojis (they also have emojis) but they get super elaborate sometimes lol

Also also I sometimes talk to myself out loud too (I think it helps me think better idk)!
