Yeah, USPS has gotten very bad. I got those exact lines from my post office. “our geolocation says we delivered it, so we’re closing your ticket.” I found out later, it was delivered to a electronic locker at a apartment complex a half mile away. Apparently the GPS system can be off by a bit… Never did get that replacement cover for Gravity Rush II. My mom says there is an federal inspector you can call for this sort of thing, but she hadn’t had to use it since 1988 and didn’t have the info anymore :/
