Added 2025-01-06 20:08:00 +0000 UTCHappy New Year! We’re back after our end of year break and ready to see what 2025 is all about. Over the break I played a metric ton of Satisfactory. For those that know the game, my kids and I are basically deep into Phase 4 with a decent train, drone, and nuclear setup going. For those that don’t know the game, we put a lot of hours into it! I also did a lot of running around in Star Wars: Outlaws. I’m finding it to be a good “fall asleep while playing” kind of game as I just roam around and collect upgrade materials. I thought I’d play more Indiana Jones this break, but I didn’t boot it up at all, guess I was too busy playing 2024’s true Game of the Year, Satisfactory.
This week we’ll be spinning things back up and getting into the groove. I’ll be streaming a bit of a grab bag on Monday, with some items that are either new or I missed. On Wednesday, Brad and I will be doing something together, but we’re still deciding what that is. If you have good two-player games, feel free to ping us. For Friday, we’ll be getting together with everyone, and possibly a guest for more streaming business.
Over on the podcast end of things, we’ve got our Watchcast return with Jude Law January! We’ll be kicking things off with Sky Captain before moving through more of his Sci Fi catalog. We’ll also have a new Ramblecast, new Podcast, even a new Planorama! What’s going on in January with games? Find out towards the end of the week!
