Partial fix for Xsplit/Clip Studio lag and streaming

So I've been having some major problems after upgrade to windows 10 with xsplit capturing Clip Studio(manga Studio) and extreme cursor lag which made it impossible to draw.

After quite a bit of testing I managed to figure out a temporary fix using SCFH DSF, there is still some lag when it comes to swapping tools and using the eraser or airbrush which makes it quite frustrating to draw but it still allows me to draw so i'll be doing todays stream with this partial fix to make up for SAT/SUN.

Let's hope WACOM comes out with a proper windows 10 patch so I can resume as normal.
