Toon It Up: Wet Paint Caution (Outline)

• “Annnnnnnnnd done~!” Luminaria declared, wringing out her large, fluffy, purple tail
• Paint pours neatly back into her large paint bucket and she closes the lid, humming and looking over her work with pride
• Purple squirrel has finished painting a park bench a lovely shade of black. Easy job and the city paid well (all the peanuts and nuts she could ever want, plus expenses)
• She whistles as she places a wet paint sign gently on the bench so passerbys notice. Wouldn’t want to sit down on her special paint while still wet after all.
• She strolls off with a skip in her step, still whistling and planning on hitting the next bench
• The area is empty… when a strong gust of wind comes through
• Fwomp. The paper sign blows off into the distance, the bench left underprotected and still very wet and glossy
• A guy named Terry is jogging by, taking a shot of his bottle of water
• Seeing the bench, he slows down and decides to take a break. Running for too long while just suddenly stopping isn’t great, he needed to catch his breath.
• He sat down on the seat, a spluuuurck sound upon doing so
• He feels the coldness and sits up, noticing the sheen and thickness.
• He nervously feels around his rear and yep, black paint over his nice, red sweatshorts.
• He curses and mumbles something about trying to have a decent run and exercise session, but now the mood is ruined.
• Since there’s no point, he wipes the paint on his fingers off on his shorts
• Curiously, there’s pudgy snow white beneath the black paint on his digits, but he pays it no mind.
• In fact, he doesn’t see the line of black paint on his butt is starting to spread around and cover all over his rear.
• He’s more concerned about heading home and continues his jog, now heading for his car
• After only a few feet, paint fully covers his rear and is spreading over his hips and to the front.
• Paint began to thicken and bubble, making the rear and front more into a big, round blob of painting, even sucking up his thighs a bit as it expanded
• His movement became difficult briefly, as he mutters about being tired.
• However, the paint is quickly swirling down his legs away from his round, featureless bottom.
• At first the paint is form fitting his legs… then they shrink and become noodley
• They even shrink, his height dropping down below five feet in seconds!
• However, his speed and pace is picking up with his new legs and he starts feeling cheery about it
• The paint hits his sneakers, but instead of staying black they turned snow white and turn into a large, pudgy tipped slip-on shoes
• His pace improves move and he’s feeling his groove now. He feels better, smiling even
• However, he’s feeling the heat now and he reaches up and brushes the sweat from his forehead.
• The white pudginess on his fingers spread from the rub across more of his mitt until it turns into a big pudgy four fingered white toon glove
• When he rubbed his forehead, the white substance turned back to black paint and spread over his forehead, starting to go up and over his head and make his hair vanish
• Paint spreads up from his lower half and onto his stomach. Waist gets wider and belly gets rounder, shape turning pear-ish.
• Pop! Comes comes a narrow, thin toon dog tail that wags as he runs
• The extra belly weight makes them slightly tricky but he doesn’t mind. Gotta work it off at some point
• He pants a little as paint comes down from his forehead and down the sides of his face.
• His tongue suddenly pops out as a grey, long, floppy tongue
• Paint covers ears and turns into long ears that extend slightly out and then flop down
• Paint spreads from the arm to the shoulders to the other arm
• Paint fully covers his torso, leaving him in a nude, featureless toon body
• However, a layer of paint appears over the top of the ink black body that forms a shirt that reads, “Good Boy, Good Runner~”
• Paint fully covers the head, muzzle forming and cloaking the eyes
• He comes to a skid of a stop and stands there motionless briefly.
• He blinks and suddenly, pie eyes!
• The old school toon dog laughs and barks saying he loves a good run in the morning before his kibble and water dish.
• Tail wags and starts to scurry off, feeling hungry now that he thought about it
• As he runs, he passes by a purple squirrel gal painting a park bench.
• “Heeeey toots~. You’re soooo cute I could chase you all day long~.”
• “Awww, such a sweetheart, but this toots has important paintin’ to do!”
• “Of course! You have a bea-U-ti-ful day!” The dog waves and skips off
• Luminaria sighs happily and goes back to work. “Such an adorable retro toon~. I wish I could meet more of them.”
