Future updates planning

I have decided today to establish a planning for future updates. From now on, updates will be released every 3 weeks, on Tuesday.
The reasons for this are multiples, but mainly, this planning will allow me to work properly on each update without the pression of releasing as soon as I can. The next update, for example, could probably be released in a day or two, but would miss a few elements that could have been useful to add, and that I keep pushing back in order to release sooner.
It will also avoid me burning out on work trying to get every update sooner than the previous one.
With that in mind, here's an updated planning for the following 3 updates:
Version 0.6 (The Party): June 18th for supporters, June 25th for public
Version 0.7 (Going Steady): July 9th for supporters, July 16th for public
Version 0.8 (Tendency Update): July 30th, August 6th for public
I know that this updates create a potentially longer time between each release, which could be frustrating, but believe me, it will ensure a batter result in the long run.
On Tuesdays without releases, I will publish Non Update Tuesday Showcase (NUTS for short :p), showing what I'm working on, new pictures, and such. These will be short updates, don't expect too much.

Personally I love the discussions about exploring the kink, feelings, and roleplaying. It would be nice to see some more "toe dipping" from Laura as well before finding someone she feels comfortable with.

In any case Stag releases a public build a week after so you won't have to wait too long to play the new versions of the game, compared to a lot of other developers who only release their new updates a month after (usually when there's already a new build so non supporters are always a build behind)

2024-06-10 11:40:46 +0000 UTCYes, I see that perspective as well. I was sharing that I may not be able to justify a monthly contribution with this release plan, I was hoping the releases would be larger so I could but I'm not demanding them to be so they fit my personal circumstances either.

2024-06-10 10:17:30 +0000 UTCI absolutely understand, but that's the exact reason I'm making this update: to make people's expectations go down to a realistic level. Expecting 2 or 3 updates in a month is unrealistic. It would burn me out faster than a candle.

2024-06-10 06:37:10 +0000 UTCFirst of all i have great respect for all your efforts but his is a bit too much for me. I have become a member thinking i could get 2 or maybe 3 updates in a month. But in this way i'll be getting only 1 update each month and plase don't get me wrong but i am not sure about keeping my membership just for a few days of story progression and a few images generated in Stable Diffusion. However, I appreciate and thank you for your development challenges and your determination to add something new to the game. 🙏

2024-06-10 06:17:12 +0000 UTCIt's not really the same thing tho, in this case you're not really paying for the game so much as you're helping Stag develop the game. Elden Ring took like 200 million dollars to make/develop so you can't really compare them

2024-06-09 17:00:56 +0000 UTCLol Yeah, The issue is that it would soon have a price equivalent to or higher than the Fromsoft product. I'll wait for the June update to decide whether to renew or drop the membership and rejoin after a few updates. You've done a good job so far, though.

If you hope to get your money worth a full game, you'd be better waiting for later, and enjoying the free public releases. I wouldn't want you to be disappointed, and feel that you're not getting your money's worth.

2024-06-09 10:21:48 +0000 UTCI hope this means updates are larger or there'll still be multiple updates a month because it starts to feel financially irresponsible on my part to pay for a membership that will quickly add up to the price equivalent of a aaa game or a dlc (eg Shadow of The Erdtree which I just got for $45).
