When you read the Co-Star bit, I literally gasped ... that app is so accurate sometimes it's scary. (Also if you want to be Co-Star friends, hit me up!) I also had a body-based epiphany about a week ago, and I also didn't even realize my perspective had changed until like two days later. I love that because for me it means that it was subconscious and effortless and I hope that makes sense because I feel like your stream-of-consciousness is rubbing off on me. LOL I second GBAD but also, since you loved Breathe so much, check out the performance version and dance practice. You'll appreciate the choreo so much more than you already do.
