I started in 2018, fell off during a divorce in 2020 and the massive personal fallout that followed, and still have yet to get to a place I call "recovered". All anyone can ask is that you take care of yourself, and if the negative thoughts come, think of what you'd say to your friends if they were having those thoughts. You deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and love from everyone, especially yourself.
