The frame rate is 24fps but I animate at 8 to 12fps. =)

Classic DIsney and Warner Bros animation was actually 12 frames per second - "shooting on twos", each cell shot twice to make 24 separate frames. Up until "Roger Rabbit" {where the animation HAD to be "on ones", because the live action footage was}, the only Disney project where the animation was ALL "on ones" was "The Old Mill"
