They first met in swimming class, and at the Poseidon pool, Jessie's mom was complaining about Atsali's suit? Jessie's mom's name is Theo, and yes she has since learned her lesson not to body shame anyone. This was a digital commission for a longtime fan of Wapsi who regularly requests some of the lesser known characters from the comic for their pics. ^_^
