In a few compositions in the past, Paul has drawn Tina with shiny silver eyes; the spiral is just a stand-in for the b&w comic. No one's ever commented on her eyes though, so I'd have to assume it's like her wings, you have to have both the ability and the "know-how" to be able to see them.
