Another update to the new version (2025 v1)

This is another patch for 2025 v1, where we fixed some bugs that were discovered during the game.
Fixed the finish with a flag on all tracks in the game.
In Oberhof, the split time after shooting has been moved.
Fixed a bug with a late start signal for the first number in the sprint.
A short individual race has been included in the Junior and European Summer Championships.
Added new uniforms for the Finnish and USA national teams.
The new version with fixes has already been uploaded to the same links: link to the post. The demo version has also been updated.
