Added 2017-08-23 17:31:37 +0000 UTCReaching a low point in her life after Max leaves, Veemon emerged out of her phone while she was playing around on her digimon app. She gave Veemon the nickname Deckard, and eventually gives him her bullet necklace. Deckard was there when Chloe met Rachel so he knows how much she meant to her. Altho he has a mischievous personality and loves to prank, he also has a strong sense of justice and will do anything to help Chloe find Rachel. Chloe has the crest of Courage but has a hard time getting Deckard to evolve because she confuses Courage with aggression, and justice with revenge. Its only until Max is in trouble that lets Deckard evolve into Veedramon.
