In this patch:
- Fixed a bug with relay races in Ruhpolding
- Fixed a bug with the track in Annecy
- Fixed a bug with disabling new athletes
- Added new suits for Canada, Australia and Denmark
- Fixed bugs with some flags at the finish
- Made some performance improvements on new tracks
